Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Natives Sàrl processes the personal data collected on the qr-bell.ch website, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It does not cover the QR-Bell service itself (app.qr-bell.ch).

Data we process

We only collect the data you send us through the website’s forms:

Contact form: full name, organisation, email address, phone number and message.

Sign-up form (30-day trial): first name, last name, email address, phone number, chosen plan.

The language of the page is added to your request. Optional fields (organisation, phone) can be left empty.

How we use your data

Your data is only used to reply to your request and, if you wish, to set up your trial and then your subscription. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not add you to any mailing list.

Where the GDPR applies, this processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on our legitimate interest in answering the requests we receive (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Transmission and hosting

The website has no database. When you send a form, your request is passed to us by email, over an encrypted connection, through Infomaniak’s mail server, to our mailbox hello@natives.ch, which is also hosted by Infomaniak. Only the people at Natives Sàrl who handle your request have access to it.

We then send you a single automatic acknowledgement, to the address you entered, through the same server. It contains none of the information you submitted. So that a form cannot be used to write repeatedly to an address, the server keeps a non-reversible fingerprint of that address (not the address itself) for 24 hours, then deletes it.

The website and the mailbox are hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva), acting as our processor. Your data is not disclosed to any other third party, unless required by law, and is not transferred abroad.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses a single cookie: a technical session cookie, needed to secure the forms (protection against fraudulent submissions) and to show your input again if there is an error; the related session data is only kept briefly on the server. This cookie is deleted when you close your browser. Dismissing the information banner is remembered in your browser (local storage) and is not sent to the server.

The website uses no analytics tool, no advertising tracker and no third-party content (social networks, videos, maps). Fonts are served by the website itself: your browser does not contact any other service.

Technical logs

Like any web server, our host’s server records technical data on each visit (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type). This data is only used for the security and proper operation of the website, for example to block abusive form submissions, and is deleted after a limited period.

Retention

We keep your request for as long as needed to answer it and follow it up, and no longer than two years after our last exchange. If it leads to a contract, the relevant data is kept for the term of the contract and then for as long as the law requires (for example ten years for accounting records).

Your rights

You may at any time ask for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, object to its processing and ask for it to be handed over or transferred in a common format. Where the GDPR applies, you may also ask for processing to be restricted.

Changes

We may update this policy, for example when the website changes. The version published on this page, with its update date, prevails.
